Refunds and returns

Area Motorsport will comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please always request a returns number before sending goods back. If any item is damaged or faulty when it arrives, we will replace it without charge however the cost of returning the item to us or our supplier will be borne by the customer. Credit Card and details (Data protection) When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted . They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Area MS will not pass or forward on any of your details obtained for the purchase of your product. The only time we will pass details on is to the courier for delivery.
